Weathercraft Skuppa Sticker

Skuppa loves to create all sorts of inventions, so it shouldn't be a surprise that he's been putting his agile mind to the thought of weather, patterns, and how monsters of an area might be influenced by the weather (or possibly vice versa). Intending to study the seasons, he built a weather machine and placed it inside a terrarium, giving him full access to a brand new place where life and weather entwined. As a Dust Warrior, I'm just going to wait by the side until something goes wrong—because that's usually what happens when someone enjoys playing mad scientist.
