Plisna told us that not everything which glows is is good, and then she said she was very specifically talking about Zaspi. They're seen as lucky, since a lot of beings have reported finding double crystals (a weird type of non-gemstone, but since it combines two colors and glows is very popular) in the same areas they float around in. Our guide said they're actually a Council creature, and they spy for the Volkee council. I'm not sure how much of that to believe (how does it communicate, for example), but I could sit and watch them float for hours.
